Located a few steps from the centennial Plaza Mayor, in the heart of the historic center of the city of Trinidad, a World Heritage Site, in a classic colonial house with precious wood and tile roofs, a construction that dates back to the end of the 18th century. This house was inhabited by an average Trinidadian family and since 1998 it houses this restaurant that captivates, both for its beauty and charm as a property, and for its well-stocked buffet table where an international menu is combined with Creole and local food, making yours the customs and traditions of the region. Trinidad, like almost the entire island, exhibits a great variety of customs, habits and traditions with great influence from the different cultures typical of mestizaje and the idiosyncrasies of its population that are also presented in its culinary art.
